How to make a request

• Email admin@sellanything.ca from the address on your account.
• Describe what you would like: access to your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and workspace data.
• We will verify your identity before we act on the request.

How long it takes

• We respond to verified requests within 30 days, as Canadian privacy law requires.
• Deletion is support-assisted today; there is no one-click deletion in the product yet.

What is deleted

On a verified deletion request we remove your account, addresses, uploaded photos, listings, saved items, comparable-research entries, and marketplace exports from active systems. Open orders and payouts are completed or refunded first. Order, payment, and tax records are kept for at least 6 years as Canadian tax law requires, and security logs may persist for a limited period.
