Getting into your account

• Sign in at /auth.
• Forgot your password? Use /forgot-password.

Buying

• Questions about an item? Use “Ask a question” on the item page — the seller replies there.
• Track and manage orders under Buying → Purchases. Sellers ship within 5 business days, or you can cancel for a full refund.
• Something wrong with your item? Report a problem from the order within 3 days of delivery.

Selling

• Upload photos, review the AI-suggested details, add the packed weight and box size, then publish.
• When an item sells, buy and print the shipping label right from the order.
• You're paid when the buyer confirms delivery, or 7 days after shipping. Released earnings go out on Fridays — see Earnings.
• Check the restricted items list before listing.
